M602 down to junction 3 sign posted Salford & Trafford Park (A5063)
Follow signs for Salford Quays
Take 3rd exit from roundabout onto Trafford Road (A5063)
Straight through 1 set of traffic lights
Past a Total Garage on the right
Get in right hand lane
Turn right at the next set of lights with Ordsal Recreation Centre to your left and Arbuckles to the right.
At the next set of lights turn right.
Pass Bank of Scotland on your right
Follow road round to the left passed the Quay House Beefeater pub on the left.
Agecroft RC and the Water Sports centre are to the left past the pub.
